From your SJU international arrival to Humacao

Plan your onward ride from Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU) to Humacao. SJU International and San Juan Airport are names for this same airport in Carolina.

For an international arrival, allow time for the entry procedures that apply to your flight and for baggage collection. Give your flight number, arrival date, passenger and luggage details, and complete Humacao destination when requesting transportation.

Is landing time the pickup time?

Landing does not mean you are immediately ready to leave the terminal. Discuss the meeting plan in advance and reconfirm when you are ready to reach the agreed pickup point.

What if the flight is delayed?

Send the updated arrival information and confirm any revised pickup arrangements with the provider.

What destination information should I send?

Provide the hotel or property name, full address and useful entrance instructions. Identify any additional stops before booking.

Can I plan an airport departure too?

Ask about the reverse ride from Humacao and provide your departure flight details separately.
